The jaccuzzi tub we nice and I liked the pillows.

well this was our honey moon. Went straight from our wedding to here. The lady couldn't find our reservation at first. Then she charged us more than what the reservation said. She was very rude. Once we got to our room I realized it was the wrong room. So we had to get all our stuff and go back down stairs. She then proceeded to argue with us. Saying it was the right room. And I showed her my reservation. She told me she had no clue what a deluxe king suite was and that I was lying. I showed her other sites that said that title with the room I wanted.. and reserved. And she tried saying she didn't have one.. I was crying at this point. She goes.. well if I get fired you know why.. and gave us the room I actually reserved. She was horrible. We left Lowell around 1030 and didn't get international a room till almost 2 something in the morning. The next morning I wake up and go to the kitchen to get breakfast only to realize it's closed..I go back to my room.. all the clocks we're set wrong. It was a horrible time for our honeymoon. Horrible.

The location is great, close to Tanger Outlet Mall and many other shopping options in Grandville. The staff are absolutely amazing, good people with several friendly members. The ambiance is friendly.

The pool was nice and the room was clean.

The bathroom fan did not seem to work and the steam and odors lingered.

Had other guests banging on the door with the do not disturb sign in it. We understand that the hotel has no control of other guests, so that wasn't held against the hotel.

The breakfast here is great, with hot dishes like gravy and a variety of fruits to choose from, and the location is in a nice area.

Ther wasn't an exhaust fan in bathroom. Made difficult to smoke my medical marijuana. Average descent hotel.

The apple pie scent was overwhelming. Perhaps it was used to hide the paint smell but it really was very strong.

The breakfast here is on point! They serve warm food like fruit, muffins, and bagels, which is a nice way to start the day. 🥯 The staff is super friendly and always looking out for you.

We had a very nice stay. The location was very convenient, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average for a hotel, but free!

Stayed here for our trip and it was awesome! This place is pet-friendly, so our dog tagged along too. Loved the convenient location, close to everything we needed. 🐾

Stay was great. Close to highway 131 but couldn't hear any traffic.

Toilet tissue was cheaper than a gas station's. Stay here, but bring your own 'Charmin'!!!
